Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada by Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or Purolator. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you are in a rush, please email us at newgenesmaternity@gmail.com. All prices are shown and billed in Canadian dollars.

Flat shipping rates: Canada $12.00 | USA $20.00 Free shipping on orders over $125 within Canada and over $175 to the USA. Letter mail is no longer offered.

Public Holidays

Orders placed on or the day before a public holiday may take a few extra business days to arrive.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Delivery rules and restrictions: Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Because some remote areas are difficult to deliver to, we reserve the right to cancel an order or apply additional terms (such as a minimum order value). You will be notified promptly if this affects your order.

Yes, as long as they're both in the same country. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.
