Shipping and Returns

All items ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada by Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or Purolator. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. In a rush? Please email newgenesmaternity@gmail.com. All prices are shown and billed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping rates

  • Canada: $12.00 flat rate
  • USA: $20.00 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders over $125 within Canada and over $175 to the USA

Shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only (not priority, expedited or rush services). Orders that receive free shipping ship out free, but returns and exchanges on those orders do not ship free coming back.

If an order is returned to us because of an address entry error on the customer's part, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. This applies to free shipping promotions as well.

New Genes Maternity is not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees.

Holidays

Orders placed on or the day before a public holiday may take a few extra business days to arrive.

Tracking your order

Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the track and trace link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from our studio.

Returns and exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item or size, please email newgenesmaternity@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return authorization (RA) number. Please write the RA number on the package. Only items with an RA number are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping (except for order errors on our part). Once your item is received back, your refund is issued for the cost of the item only, not the original shipping.

Pre-loved items, swimsuits, undergarments and sale items are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges. Underwear and nursing pads are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

If an order that received free shipping is returned in part and falls below the free shipping minimum, a $10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and admin costs.
